About The Role

In this role you’ll support the General Manager of the running of this incredible site, who will delegate their duties as they see fit. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of BrewDog Dundee, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time. BrewDogs goal is to be the best employer ever, so part of your role will be ensuring all of your team are happy, developing themselves, reaching goals & having fun.

About The Team

Our Dundee site opened in 2014 & serves beer from around the world on 18 taps. With a small team of around 8 people, all excited to give the people of Dundee an incredible craft beer experience. You’ll be led by an experienced & passionate General Manager who’s been with BrewDog for a long time.

About You

You’ll have at least at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar site. Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential. We’ve got all of the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer service focused, making sure every single experience a customer has at BrewDog Dundee rocks, a less than favourable yelp review should hurt as much as stubbing your toe or getting vinegar in your eye. You’ll be a natural trainer & love seeing the people around you learn & develop, you’ll be responsible for nurturing the future talent in BrewDog retail and take pride in that. Also, some financial acumen will be required.
